Jacqui Martin began the serious study of classical guitar at age 8. Over the years, she has enjoyed mentorship from several notable guitarists including: Michael Lefreve (Cornish), David Feingold (WWU), and Michael Partington (UW). Ms. Martin has been a successful competitor in various state and international competitions. She enjoys performing flashy, as well as emotional compositions by Spanish and Latin American composers that will tug at your heartstrings. In recent years she has added jazz infused pieces to her classical repertoire.
