The twenty-three poems in the collection, all of which are pre-published in Literary Journals focus on religion, gender, and sexual identity among other topics. Daniel Edward Moore is a transplanted southern poet who has lived in the Northwest for the last nineteen years. His poems have been published in The American Literary Review, Western Humanities Review, Cream City Review, Mid-American Review, and other journals. Six of his poems appear in the anthology This New Breed: Gents, Bad Boys, and Barbarians, which was published in 2004 by Windstorm Creative Press.
