The Jansen Art Center is looking for new exhibits to show this coming Fall! Juried Exhibits are open to the public for local artists to show their talents from all across Whatcom County and surrounding countys and areas. Artists can submit up to five works for their exhibit proposals, which includes but is not limited to paintings, drawings, jewelry, ceramics, photography, literary arts, glass, and more. Once artists have submitted their pieces, their works will be judged by a qualified jury made up of artistic figures within the community. The final selections will be displayed in the Jansen Art Center from September 7th through December 1st for the community to enjoy. The deadline for submissions is August 14th by 11:59pm, with a $25 submission fee. Artists that have the Artist Level Membership or higher at the Jansen Art Center will receive $10 their submission fees.
