Ceramic artists created special pots for use in planting and growing bonsai plants. Then bonsai artists chose plants and created designs that would work well with the pots. The combination of pots and plants will be on display and a part of a month-long silent auction to raise funds for the Ceramics Studio at the Jansen Art Center. Bidding officially begins during the Opening Reception on Thursday, April 5 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Artists will be on hand to discuss their work. The auction will continue until 4:00 PM on Saturday, April 28. There will be a closing reception from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM that day. This event is sponsored by Kent's Garden and Nursery, Garden Spot Nursery, and Vander Giessen Nursery.
